We have the keys!

The story started about 2 years ago in a meeting with our accountant.

Running through our personal finances we realised that having ‘buy to let’ residential properties just doesn’t make any financial sense these days. In short, they don’t make money. Commercial properties do though… and of course our business was renting office space. You can see where this is going!

After a long search - and a long time selling the other investments - we were finally in a position to purchase a property. We’d looked at a few, but one stood out to us. Slightly more space than we needed, but that just let to more opportunities.

So, follow us here as we go through the process of turning an old Police Station into modern offices. It’s going to be fun!
